Shipment conditions
- Spain: All shipments are free until the 30th of June 2020 (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla). Delivery in 24-48 hours nationwide.
- All Shipments to the Canary Islands will cost 15 euros. Delivery in 24-48 hours. Ceuta and Melilla ask for prices.
- Europe: Shipping to Europe will be free until the 30th of June 2020. Delivery 2-5 business days (except Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Lithuania, Latvia, Norway, Romania, Serbia, Sweden, Switzerland, Corsica, Sicily, Sardinia, Isle of Man and Channel Islands, Arran, Inverness, Northern Ireland and Oban that will cost 15 Euros or more).
- Rest of the World: Consult (15 to 25 euros).

Conditions for return a product:
- Spain returns expenses will be arrange by the customer. Returns will be accepted within 14 calendar days from the reception of the product.
- Europe returns expenses will be arrange by the customer Return period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, but we do not cover the return costs.
- International shipping costs will not be returned.
- It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the product in perfect condition and with the original box also in perfect condition.
- BOVAL is only responsible for the items purchased through its original website.
